These safeguards ensure that only authorised personnel within our organisation can access your data, strictly for the purposes of planning and delivering a safe and enriching camp experience.

Data Retention and Compliance

We retain personal information only for as long as is operationally necessary and legally required. Specifically:

• Data provided is used for the duration of the engagement, in order to fully support your child while in our care.
• We do not delete registration information in the portal. It is a requirement to keep this information in the context of child safety.
• If the Guest does not want us to store digital information in the portal, we can retain a physical copy of guest records upon checkout and delete from the digital store.
