The uniqueness of the property means we have more than just state-of-the-art facilities for those thinking a little outside the box…
With so many awesome activities at your fingertips right here on site, you can easily add in your own "self-guided" adventures, but our wonderful Activity Facilitators are also available to run outcome-based team building activities or, by popular demand, a selection of programs that are run as part of our School Holidays UNPLUGGED program - modified for adults! This could include a private Tube Slide session or outdoor Laser Skirmish.
We can even add in catering, camping, or bunk accommodation!
It's not your average conference venue... but where's the fun in planning an average conference?
At Woodhouse, catering for visitor needs and safety is paramount. To ensure guests are safe during the bushfire season SEEONEE was constructed as a bushfire refuge that is also a multipurpose venue for meetings, conferences, functions, activities and wellness retreats.
SEEONEE was built by South Australian company MDLR, and made possible through a grant from PIRSA’s Regional Growth Fund.
Launched in mid-2021, SEEONEE is not only built to withstand a fire front, it also has a low eco footprint and was designed with sustainability in mind.

Sir Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of the Scouting movement, chose Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book as a source of symbolism and inspiration. The Seeonee Wolf Pack are the wolves that adopted Mowgli when he came to live in the jungle. The pack protected the child, as does this multi-purpose building in the event of a bushfire attack as SEEONEE is a bushfire refuge designed to withstand a bushfire front.
