It's cooler at Woodhouse. In fact it's generally about 4 degrees cooler in Piccadilly than it is in the city - so even in the height of summer you still get a reprieve from the heat.
The property is laden with well-established native trees, providing shelter and shade from the elements.
Cox's Creek runs through the centre of the property from the natural springs of Piccadilly, so there is water flowing all year round, creating a tranquil backdrop for your ceremony.
The oldest Magnolia tree in the southern hemisphere resides in the Manor garden and blooms in this season - the flowers are the size of dinner plates and the scent is out of this world - quite a unique addition to your photography.
Featured colours: Lush greens, white magnolia, purple hydrangeas, pink blossoms
