Compass: Finding Connection Through Leadership and Direction
Designed for students in Year 11 and 12, the Compass retreat is a transformative outdoor experience that builds the mindset, confidence and connection needed for success in senior schooling and beyond. Set in nature, the program supports students to reflect on their personal strengths, values, supports, and their hopes and dreams - fostering a stronger sense of self and direction.
Aligned with the Senior Secondary Pathways, Compass supports student wellbeing and life readiness at a critical time. The 2-night, 3-day retreat nurtures the emotional and social skills students need to thrive in Year 12, prepare for further study, and navigate life beyond the classroom with confidence.
Day-Retreat
The 1-day retreat offers a focused reset for senior students navigating the pressures of Years 11 and 12.
It provides an opportunity to step away from daily demands, realign with personal goals, and move forward with greater clarity and direction. Designed as a shorter, targeted experience, the day centres on key outcomes that support students as they approach the final stages of their schooling journey.
2-Night Retreat
A deeper, more immersive experience, the 2-night, 3-day retreat allows learning to build progressively across consecutive days. Students are given the time and space to explore key themes in greater depth, strengthening self-awareness, connection and confidence.
This extended format supports lasting impact, with experiences and reflections consolidating into meaningful insights that support future readiness.
