• Prepare your guest list and send out the invitations! We've created some print at home WOODHOUSE PARTY INVITATIONS with 3 designs to choose from. Select your own paper stock and print 2 to an A4 sheet (cutting instructions shown), double sided with directions to Woodhouse on the back. 
• Ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to your party's start time (this is so none of your guests miss out on any fun) and meet you in the top car park.
• As the organiser, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your party start time so that we can finalise all the details before the fun starts!
• Organise parents/carers to be available for the duration of your party as a touch point for our hosts this could be you, your partner, a family member or friend (anyone attending the party to help supervise the kids).
• Your deposit has been paid for the minimum numbers.

We will phone you on the Friday before the party to finalise participating children and finalise payment. You may choose to pay for additional adults at this time or at check in.

Make a stop at the first building on the right as you enter the property to register all members in your party. Waivers are required for all guests - parents/guardians are to complete a waiver on behalf of their children, or you may sign one on behalf of your group. Click here to download.

You’re going to an activity centre - you're going to be active! Flip-flops/thongs are not at all suitable and access to some activities may be denied for your safety. 

• Strong enclosed footwear is a must
• Think sun-smart clothing - long pants are a good idea and best suited to most activities
• As jewellery around the neck, wrists and fingers have potential to get caught on some activities, we suggest leaving them at home or in a safe place
• Slip, slop, slap
• A full change of clothes (including shoes) is recommended for those likely to end up in Cox's Creek
• Don't wear anything you'd be worried about getting dirty or damaged

BYO everything! 

• Sun hat / beanie and gloves
• Sunscreen
• Drink bottle (water fountains available for refills)
• Food (there is nothing to purchase on site so pack a picnic or cook up a storm on one of our many BBQs)
• Cake, candles, lighter
• Clothes - pack an extra set in case you wind up in Cox's Creek!

If you need to grab something, the beautiful townships of Crafers, Stirling and Uraidla are all less than 10 minutes away - you are welcome to come and go from the property all day. 

You will receive 1.5 hours of facilitated Laser Skirmish during the allocated time frame, as well as access to explore the rest of the property from 9am-5pm.

Crawl, climb, swing and splash your way around Challenge Hill obstacle course, try your hand at Disc Golf, weave your way through The Labyrinth, conquer Cameron's Climb (multi-dimensional bouldering challenge) the ultimate multi-dimensional bouldering challenge, and whizz down the Tube Slides (note slides run on weekends and most public holidays pending weather safety).

Explore the natural beauty of the property on one (or more!) of the Orienteering courses or Photo Hunts.
