Join us for a peaceful morning designed to help you pause, reconnect and embrace the season.

Set amongst the tranquil surrounds of Woodhouse Adventure Park, Grounded: Winter Wellbeing Retreat blends gentle movement, mindful reflection, nourishing food and practical wellbeing strategies in one restorative experience.

Together we'll explore simple, evidence-based ways to support your energy, mood and wellbeing through the colder months, before creating your own personalised Winter Wellbeing Plan to help you carry those intentions into spring.

You'll enjoy gentle, beginner-friendly Yin Yoga, guided meditation, meaningful conversation, a nourishing seasonal morning tea and time to simply breathe.

Whether you're completely new to wellbeing or looking for a morning to reset, Grounded offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with nature and leave feeling calmer, clearer and restored.

  • Gentle Yin Yoga & guided meditation
  • Nourishing seasonal morning tea
  • Practical winter wellbeing workshop
  • Guided reflection and your own personalisted Winter Wellbeing Plan

Where: Woodhouse Adventure Park - SEEONEE Function & Wellbeing Centre

Cost: $89 per person or Bring A Friend and pay $150 for two.
