Our Great State Voucher package includes access for up to four people of any age (at least one must be an adult) to our 54-hectare property in Piccadilly from 9am to 5pm (arrive and depart when you wish) plus a superb Adelaide Hills produce picnic pack to help fuel the fun! Once you have made a booking using your voucher code on the Great State Voucher booking website you can hit the button below to add more people to your booking if required - the more the merrier...

Absolutely! While there is only one Adelaide Hills produce pack per voucher booking you can add individual people directly through us and they will have access to all the same activities and facilities.
For Great Sate Voucher bookings, cancellations and booking date changes can easily be made more than 24 hours before the booking. This can be done through the SA Tourism Commission's Great State Experience Voucher portal (refer to your confirmation notification via sms or email). If you cancel your booking online within this allowable cancellation period, you will be able to re-book this experience for another date within the travel period ending on 31 May (last booking available at Woodhouse is 29 May). You will not be able to use your voucher with any other tour operator. If you fail to re-book this tour before the end of May or do not show up on the day of your booking, no refund will be provided and your voucher will unfortunately be forfeited.
For any additional tickets purchased with Woodhouse Activity Centre (through trybooking) please email adventure@woodhouse.org.au to change that booking once you have rescheduled your Great State Voucher experience.
If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival (officially 9am on the day you have booked) your booking can't be changed via the Great State Voucher portal. We understand there are sometimes extenuating circumstances (especially at the moment with COVID!) so please email your request through to adventure@woodhouse.org.au including your preferred new date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We are unable to take any more bookings over the Easter or ANZAC Day long weekends as they are already at capacity.
The produce pack contains two artisan cheeses, two packets of savoury biscuits (gluten free available), quince & pear paste, 5 fruit straps, two packets of chocolates, 2 apples and 750ml sparkling apple juice (subject to availability - some items may be substituted). We also supply a paper plate, wooden knife and 4 paper cups. There is no other food available on site however we are only five minutes from Crafers and Stirling and you are welcome to come and go.
If you are planning on having your pack for morning tea and it isn't very hot, consider collecting it when you check-in. If you would like to have it for lunch or take it home with you but don't have a way to keep it cool while you are out having fun you are welcome to take a produce redemption token when you check in. We'll keep your cheese cold and you can collect your pack when you are ready just by presenting the redemption token.

Our Tube Slides generally run on weekends and most public holidays however rest assured they will be running on EVERY DAY the Great State Voucher is available at Woodhouse Activity Centre including Monday 14 March (Adelaide Cup Public Holiday), Friday 15 April (Good Friday), Monday 18 April (Easter Monday), Monday 25 April (ANZAC Day) and Friday 29 April (school holidays).
Your package includes up to four people however you are still welcome to attend if you have fewer people than that. However we are unable to provide a discount or partial refund in this situation. So to make the most of it, best round up an extra friend or family member to come on the adventure!
We have gluten free crackers available and there is no need to pre-order these. None of the products in the Adelaide Hills produce pack have nuts however please check the ingredients before consuming as traces may be present in some products. Unfortunately other substitutions (e.g. vegan alternatives) are not available. If you require further information please email adventure@woodhouse.org.au
When you check in for your Great State Voucher experience you'll receive an Adelaide Hills gourmet produce pack that includes iconic Adelaide Hills brands ... from Melba's Chocolates and Udder Delights artisan cheeses to Beerenberg quince and pear paste. If you would prefer to come back and collect the pack later in the day, ask for a token that you can present to redeem your pack just when you want it!
Did you know you can stay overnight at Woodhouse? All our adventure activities are also included in our camping or accommodation packages at Woodhouse! So come back and visit us for a weekend to really explore the 54-hectare property at your leisure and experience the serenity and beauty of the bushland at dawn and dusk. Take a twilight bushwalk then gaze at the stars before a few rounds of ‘storm the lantern’ and some toasted marshmallows around the campfire (out of fire danger season). There is no mad morning rush to pack up on your day of departure as you can be on site the whole day!
